The NZTA Cost Consultant Panel plays a vital role in supporting the agency’s growing pipeline of capital works, including the Roads of National Significance (RONS) and other regional developments. This panel ensures that project cost estimates are comprehensive, defendable, and aligned with industry best practice, providing confidence in budgeting and procurement decisions.

As a panel member, North Projects will provide independent cost estimation, peer reviews, and advisory services throughout key project phases – from early business case development to implementation. Our expertise will help NZTA achieve its objectives of cost transparency, risk management, and value for money, while supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable transport solutions for Aotearoa.

We are proud to have already contributed to significant projects such as Mt Messenger, Takitimu North Link Stage 2, and the Auckland Waitemata Harbour Crossing, demonstrating our capability to deliver value-driven outcomes on complex infrastructure initiatives.
