At North, I’ve had incredible opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I’ve been involved in the planning phase of projects, including business case development, and have had the chance to lead some of them. On the delivery side, I’ve gained valuable experience working on PPP and energy projects, which has allowed me to connect my passion for sustainability and energy transition. I value being part of such an inclusive and diverse team. Everyone has played a big role in building my confidence to take on new challenges and follow my passions.
