The new Geelong Civic Precinct will bring together staff from seven Geelong offices to drive collaboration, reduce costs and future proof the citys workplace needs. The 6 storey building will include active public spaces, co-working spaces, retail and food tenancies and end to end facilities. The partnership between Quintessential Equity and the City of Greater Geelong demonstrates the successful private led procurement of a local Council precinct.

As Independent Certifier, North were responsible for certifing payments, milestones, and risk monitoring throughout project delivery.
