The Sydney Metro West projects is a new 24-kilometre underground railway which will double rail capacity between Parramatta and the Sydney CBD, transforming Sydney for generations to come.

New stations include Westmead, Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Burwood North, Five Dock, The Bays, Pyrmont and Hunter Street in the Sydney CBD.

The team assisted providing cost advisory services to support the valuation process, as well as strategic property advise to support acquisitions across several key sites impacted by the development.
