In his role as Associate Director, Edward is central to the successful delivery of North’s technical advisory and assurance services. He brings extensive cross-sector expertise as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to investors, financiers, government authorities, departments and contractors alike, supporting both public and private sector clients through the planning, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure.
Edward’s recent project experience includes the New England Renewable Energy Zone PPP, Northland Corridor PPP, Gabba Entertainment Precinct PPP, Christchurch Men’s Prison Redevelopment PPP, Waikeria Prison Expansion PPP, California High-Speed Rail and Metrolinx Ontario PPP.
He has developed a strong understanding of infrastructure development, including risks, opportunities and commercial sensitivities that influence project outcomes. Edward also brings a natural aptitude for stakeholder management, with a strong appreciation of the sensitivities, relationships and nuances that underpin successful project delivery.
Edward holds an MSc in Infrastructure Planning, Appraisal and Development from University College London, ranked the world’s number one university for the Built Environment. His professional and academic background enables him to add significant value to major infrastructure projects and programs across a broad range of sectors.
