Ethan brings a delivery-led perspective to preconstruction, shaped by more than 10 years’ experience across major transport and infrastructure projects in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. As a civil engineer with substantial site experience, he understands how early decisions around methodology, sequencing and programme development can influence safety, cost and delivery performance.
His strength lies in turning complex project requirements into practical, buildable delivery strategies. Ethan develops construction methodologies, tender programmes and sequencing solutions that help project teams test assumptions, identify constraints and address delivery risks before they affect the works. This practical approach supports safer planning, greater programme certainty and more achievable project outcomes.
His project experience includes HS2 in the United Kingdom, the Peka Peka to Ōtaki Expressway in New Zealand, and major Australian projects delivered for Downer, Abergeldie and JC Civil. Across bridges, rail, highways, utilities and major civil works, Ethan connects design intent with construction reality, helping clients and delivery teams make informed decisions from tender planning through to construction.
