Jarrod is a senior infrastructure professional with a proven record of delivering expert advice in planning, estimating, commercial risk management and project execution for major infrastructure programs.
With over 30 years in the construction industry, including leadership roles as Board Member on Queensland Major Contractors Association, General Manager and Operations Manager for Tier 1 civil contractors, Jarrod brings a rare combination of technical insight and commercial acumen. His expertise across cost estimating, risk and project delivery provides clients with valuable guidance through every stage of project development and execution.
Drawing on experience from both asset owner and contractor perspectives, Jarrod ensures a balanced and prudent approach is applied across legal, commercial ,design, transaction, cost, constructability, and risk allocation.
Throughout Jarrod’s career, he has supported more than 100 projects valued at over $100 billion, including many of Queensland’s most significant infrastructure projects such as Airport Link, Cross River Rail, the M1 Upgrades, Inland Rail, Coal Seam Gas development and operation, Advanced Water treatment and transfer projects.
