Karen has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry with a strong background in all levels of civil engineering from Site Engineer through to Senior Project Manager, working on projects of state, national and international prominence. Gaining a master’s degree in project management, her work has recently focused on project management, managing team, client relationships and stakeholders to the benefit of all parties.
