Meagan oversees North’s people strategy, encompassing culture, wellbeing, leadership development, talent and performance & reward.
With over 20 years experience, Meagan joined North in 2024, since then has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s growth strategy in accordance with the Strategic Plan. Prior to joining North, she held senior talent leadership positions across Australia within Big 4 consulting, client and local government organisations.
Meagan brings technical expertise across Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Operational Leadership, Culture and Wellbeing, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Performance and Reward.
Passionate about mentoring and creating positive change, Meagan actively supports organisations that remove employment barriers for individuals from diverse and impacted backgrounds. She is a strong advocate for women in leadership and takes pride in helping shape and develop the next generation of talent at North.
