Meryl oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance across the business. She plays a key role in strengthening North’s financial governance and reporting processes, giving the business clear and timely financial insights over performance. She works directly with project teams as well as the executive, which keeps her close to the commercial detail.
Before joining North, Meryl built her experience across financial services, accounting, tax, and business operations. Her background spans financial management, reporting, process improvement, and operational support.
Working across all areas of the business, she partners with North’s leadership and project teams to strengthen business performance and support the continued growth of the organisation.
