Tim Hogg is the Founder and CEO of North Projects, and a trusted advisor to some of Australia’s most significant construction and infrastructure programs. He specialises in strategic cost, time and quality advice—supporting clients with development feasibility, income analysis and high-level project assurance.
With extensive experience in complex contracting environments, Tim provides independent, evidence-based advice on cost, risk and performance. He has held senior assurance roles across major commercial, retail and public infrastructure projects, including as Independent Cost Advisor, Independent Verifier, Certifier and Independent Assessor.
A highly accomplished quantity surveyor, Tim has contributed to landmark projects across the globe such as Hong Kong Airport Terminal, Kowloon Station, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Southern Cross Station, West Gate Tunnel, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and the New Footscray Hospital.
As CEO, Tim leads North with a focus on future growth—championing innovation, meaningful partnerships and the continued evolution of the business.
