The new Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) is South Australia’s flagship health care facility, providing 800 beds and a comprehensive range of the most complex clinical care to an estimated 85,000 inpatients and 400,00 outpatients each year.

Appointed to provide project management and independent program advisory services, North joined the project at a critical juncture — with the program 12 months behind schedule and facing substantial daily delay costs. We implemented a whole-of-project strategy that objectively assessed remaining works and established a clear, achievable pathway to completion.

Through decisive leadership, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous risk and buildability management, North enabled the successful delivery of one of South Australia’s most significant projects in the past 50 years.
