Alejandro is a specialist in strategic advisory, economic analysis, and investment planning, with international experience across multiple sectors. He has contributed to several projects across Australia, particularly in Victoria, in key sectors such as energy, health and housing.
As part of his international experience, one of his most significant achievements is leading the development and delivery of an ambitious infrastructure investment program in Medellín, Colombia’s second-largest city. Under his leadership, the program progressed through multiple stages of maturity, establishing a robust pipeline of 47 projects. Alejandro’s work gained recognition from the UK Infrastructure and Projects Authority, the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
