Jonathan is an experienced Senior Estimator who started his career as a site-based engineer working in Western Australia and Queensland.
Jonathan has been involved in major programs of work spanning rail, roads, and civil infrastructure, involving commission management, first principles estimating, independent estimating, post-contract variation reviews, reporting/client interfacing at all levels, and tender evaluations.
Jonathan’s expertise extends to cost management, where he has effectively managed approved budgets and cost performance for multi-modal transport infrastructure projects through various phases of development and delivery, including monitoring construction contractor costs, principal costs, risk and contingency, and addressing budget performance issues where necessary.
