Scott is a dedicated Engineer and Project Manager with a broad experience across both Government and Construction sectors.
He works effectively both independently and in a team environment, motivating teams whilst under pressure to bring optimal project outcomes and exceed client expectations. He has a deep understanding of technical processes, is able to adapt to changing situations and efficiently comprehend and implement new concepts.
Scott has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, citing the Port River Expressway Stage 2 &3, CLEM 7 Tunnel and South Road Superway as career highlights. Additionally, he has seven years’ experience in the Local Government section leading asset management and project development functions. More recently he has led the project development and early contractor involvement process for the Laratinga Water Recovery Plant on behalf of the Mount Barker District Council and its subsidiary GMB Water and is currently engaged as an Independent Construction Verifier, most notably on the Torrens to Darlington project.
