He adds value to projects through his attention to detail, problem solving and excellent communication skills, which results in the successful delivery of projects whilst fostering positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
With experience spanning Project Engineer, client-side Project Manager, Superintendent and Construction verification roles, Matt offers a well-rounded, on-the-ground perspective. This is strengthened by his hands-on leadership in the development and implementation of Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance systems.
