Raymond has over 20 years’ experience in areas of civil and building construction. With an extensive construction knowledge, and backed by his academic qualifications, he has been practicing projects costing based on various stages of its lifecycle. He has built a strong portfolio on various complex civil based projects, consistently excelling in roles across project costing and managing the tender processes based on client requirements, including design and construction and construction only projects.
His projects range from sub-divisions, complex transport civil infrastructure, rehabilitation of degraded sites, energy infrastructure and utilities and re-development of sporting fields. He has hands-on experience on world heritage listed civil infrastructure projects, like the oldest in-use bridge on mainland Australia, Thomas James Bridge . A heritage bridge restoration project earned the ‘Judges Excellence Award in Heritage at the IPWEA NSW & ACT Engineering Awards.
