Tony is an Associate Director with extensive experience delivering first principles cost estimates and commercial advice for complex infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in roads, bridges, rail, tunnels and major transport infrastructure, providing clients with practical, value-driven estimating solutions from business case through procurement and delivery.
Having worked alongside agencies including the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and on nationally significant projects such as Inland Rail and The Wave, Tony has developed deep expertise in estimating governance, constructability, risk identification and compliance with TMR’s Project Cost Estimating Manual (PCEM).
