We are delighted to announce the addition of Executive Director, Grant Bowery to our team, signifying the achievement of another key milestone in the growth of our New South Wales (NSW) region, and the evolution of North.

A highly experienced and influential cost and commercial management specialist, Grant brings over 25 years of experience working in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East in senior executive positions with a focus on major, city-shaping infrastructure programs of work with the public and private sector.

Having worked on major infrastructure projects such as the Western Harbour Tunnel, WestConnex, the M1 Pacific Motorway, Western Sydney Airport, the Parramatta Light Rail, City Rail Link, the Western Sydney Freight Line and Intermodal Link, and Sydney Water’s Partnering for Success project, as the State Lead of NSW, Grant will lead the growing team with a focus on providing credible and trusted cost and commercial advice on major infrastructure projects and programs.

Grant will work with NSW Director Marta de Pozo Fonseca to grow and expand the NSW team, as well as North’s Senior Executive team – Tim Hogg, Graeme Billings, Min Zhong, Murray Kretschmer, Jason D’Antonio, Jarrod McHugh, Samantha Smith, and Daniel Muirhead, to deliver the North 5 Year Strategic Plan and bolster North’s Value Proposition.

North’s Chief Operating Officer, Murray Kretschmer expressed his excitement saying, “I look forward to working with Grant to grow our NSW presence, broaden North’s service offerings and provide simple, honest and pragmatic advice that creates value for our clients.”

The NSW market boasts of exciting opportunities for the infrastructure sector and overall economic growth; Grant’s strategic and growth mindset, coupled with his credible cost expertise will not only help further refine the NSW Team’s technical capabilities, but also accelerate the expansion of the services we offer, and the markets we are present in.
