North Projects Board of Directors appoints Dr Samantha Smith

North's mission is to provide simple, honest, and sustainable solutions that yield exceptional value for our clients and shareholders in the property and infrastructure market. Samantha's considerable experience will help shape our ongoing commitment to accomplishing this mission along with our company vision. 

Samantha is the founder of the Melbourne agency, Pinnacle and an expert in communications and strategic planning. Her client base spans construction, property, private equity, government, sport, health and education. 

Samantha has extensive qualifications in corporate governance, risk management and marketing. She is an Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) Certified Organisational Coach and obtained her Doctorate from Monash University for her research into environmental behaviour change. 

A Fellow of the global Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), Samantha is a Non-Executive Director of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), an Australian Institute of Company Director’s Victorian Division Councillor and Chair of Swinburne University’s Master of Marketing Course Advisory Committee. She also previously served as a Non-Executive Director of WorkSafe and the Australian Communities Foundation.
