Callan’s grassroots construction background gives him the skills and experience in estimating and value managing cost estimating projects, regardless of their complexity and size. Using his experience, he provides out of the box thinking and advice on temporary works and constructability issues. Callan is proficient in cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting as well as managing a team in both the design development phase and delivery phase of projects.
