Melissa is a skilled advisor to major construction and social infrastructure projects, with extensive experience across a broad range of social infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects and the management of complex stakeholder groups, both in design | contractual relationship roles as well as construction delivery.

With her key experience in Independent Reviewer, Independent Certifier, technical construction advisory and project advisory services, Melissa’s exceptional communication and particular focus on project transparency across acceptance, commissioning, time and quality result in project parties being enabled to clearly work towards best for project outcomes.

Commencing her career in tier 1 construction on site, Melissa has considerable experience across all aspects of large-scale project delivery. While starting with design, contracts and site coordination, Melissa was drawn towards roles in projects with significant complexity; be it through extremely unique functional outcomes, built interface with live environments, multifaceted contractual arrangements or the layering of stakeholders.
