Combining her people-focused viewpoint with our organisational vision and values, she helps keeps our culture thriving whilst building effective workplace relationships across all levels of the business.

As our trusted advisor, Tracey strives to incorporate health and wellbeing into day-to-day work life, along with her passion for corporate social responsibility, inclusion and diversity. Tracey joined our team in 2021 and is responsible for our People and Culture team as well as culture initiatives across our business.
