Services Provided
North is proud to be part of the broader Cross River Rail Delivery Team, contributing specialist capability across program evaluation. Our involvement spanned several parallel workstreams, including Brisbane Live and the associated station upgrade projects, ensuring alignment, value for money and robust technical assessment throughout procurement and development.
We also provided continued support on the Inner Northern Interchange — a critical junction where the network branches into the Sunshine Coast/Moreton Bay, Gold Coast/Logan and Brisbane CBD sectors. In this role, our team delivered dedicated Cost Estimation services and supported both the Business Case and Preliminary Evaluation phases. Our work helped clarify scope, assess options and ensure cost, risk and delivery considerations were embedded early to support confident project decision-making.
