The Ground Lease Model Project 2 social infrastructure project in Victoria will deliver 1,370 new social, affordable, market and specialist disability accommodation (SDA) dwellings. The new homes will consist of 659 social homes, 182 affordable homes and 529 market rental homes, including 56 homes dedicated to Specialist Disability Accommodation. The project is a public private partnership (PPP) consortium comprising Tetris Capital, Icon Construction, Community Housing (VIC) Limited, Womens Porperty Initiative Limited and Aboriginal Community Housing VIC. The consortium will finance, design, construct and manage the sites for 40 years, before handing all dwellings back to Homes Victoria.

Services Provided

North Projects have been appointed to act as the Independent Reviewer and Sub-Independent Reviewer, overseeing the project delivery phase in accordance with the Independent Reviewer Deed of Appointment. In this capacity, North ensures rigorous oversight, transparent certification, and alignment with contractual and technical requirements throughout project execution.
