Melbourne Connect is located on the former Royal Women’s Hospital site in Carlton, at the gateway to The University of Melbourne and within a short walk to Melbourne’s CBD. The innovation precinct features circa 35,000 m2 of A-Grade office space for the Melbourne School of Engineering, co-working and commercial tenants, a FabLab, Science Gallery Melbourne, retail and a 3,000m2 superfloor shared meeting and events space.

Services Provided

As Independent Certifier for the project, North’s role encompasses comprehensive assessment, certification, and reporting across cost, schedule, and quality performance. Our responsibilities extend to the valuation of variations and the determination of disputes, claims, and delays — effectively combining the expertise of a Quantity Surveyor, Superintendent, and Payment Certifier to ensure integrity, transparency, and balanced outcomes throughout project delivery.
