Range G Access Road located in Woomera, SA connects Woomera Village and the Woomera Range and comprises a length of 38km. Significant road upgrades along Range E were required in order to enhance the road design life and increase road safety. The scope of works included pavenet stablisation, bituminous surfacing and road furniture works. Several culvert replacements and installation works were also required along the road length.

Appointed to support the resource procurement process, our role encompased engagement directly with subcontractors and material suppliers to negotiate optimal pricing and strengthen the contractor’s tender position. In addition, North provided constructability advice and undertook a comprehensive final review of tender documentation to ensure a robust, competitive, and well-coordinated submission.
