The New Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project delivered 12 new government schools across Victoria, supporting some of the State’s fastest-growing metropolitan and regional communities. Each school was designed as an innovative community hub, providing inclusive learning environments for all students. Through a partnership with YMCA, the project also delivered additional community facilities—including childcare centres, a learn-to-swim pool, hydrotherapy pool, gymnasiums and shared community spaces—enhancing access to vital local services.

North was appointed in 2015 to provide a range of project consultancy services to the Victorian Government and Learning Communities Victoria, including Independent Reviewer and Sub-Independent Reviewer roles.
