Five major companies (Fulton Hogan Utilities, John Holland and Guidera O’Connor JV, McConnell Dowell and Diona JV) will work together with SA Water to deliver $1.6B capital works program over a four-year period on projects that improve water and sewerage services for South Australia. The major projects spread across both the metro and regional areas including dam upgrades, water tank refurbishments, water main replacements, sewerage network upgrades and water treatment process changes.

Services Provided

North Projects has been engaged as a subconsultant to the McConnell Dowell Diona Joint Venture (MDJV) and SA Water, supporting the effective planning, management, and delivery of critical water infrastructure projects across South Australia. MDJV is delivering the Water North Program, encompassing works across northern metropolitan Adelaide and extending through the Central Northern, Northern, and Eyre regions.

Working collaboratively with the SA Water Assets Team, North has contributed to the development of project briefs and scopes, led optioneering analysis, and supported concept design development. Our team has also prepared detailed project budget estimates, undertaken site investigations, developed the final TOC, and facilitated risk negotiations—ensuring well-informed, efficient, and value-driven project outcomes.
